WHAT TO PACK

A lot people that travel to Australia pack way too much stuff and end up having to lug an enormous suitcase around with them for the whole time they're in Oz.

Trust us, you don't need eight pairs of shoes!

We recommend that you get a good quality backpack (preferably one that zips open at the front and has a detachable day pack) and take around 15-20kgs of stuff with you. Anything heavier than 20kgs and you're probably going to struggle.

Below is our packing guide for your backpacking trip to Australia.
